SitePro was developed as a dedicated application for ground workers to easily capture and submit project information while onsite. By enabling quick data entry with multifunctional inputs, the app ensures accurate, timely, and structured reporting. This helps streamline communication between field teams and project managers, bridging the gap between onsite activity and high-level dashboard monitoring.

The core idea of SitePro is to provide ground workers with an intuitive interface to report data and update progress in real-time. Users can quickly submit information, attach media, and track progress without complex steps. This data is then seamlessly fed into the central dashboard, giving project managers and senior management instant visibility. The design emphasizes simplicity and efficiency, reducing friction for users and enhancing overall usability.
Sign-In & Landing Page
The sign-in page and landing page are designed for simplicity and ease of use, ensuring ground workers can quickly access the app without confusion. After logging in, users are presented with a clean landing page that lists all active projects, allowing them to effortlessly switch between different sites or projects. The interface minimizes cognitive load, prioritizing clarity and accessibility so that users can start reporting or updating progress immediately.
Calendar-Based Daily Reports
The calendar feature allows users to view daily updates from past reports and easily navigate between dates. Adding or updating a report is simple, just tap the plus button then enabling fast, consistent data capture. This design prioritizes clarity and efficiency, giving users a sense of control while ensuring that historical records are accessible at a glance.
Resource Management & Detailed Daily Reports
Resource allocation and daily report details are easily accessible for each report. Users can click on a date in the calendar or select a report from the list to view comprehensive information, including resource usage, progress metrics, and notes. The interface is structured to reduce cognitive load and make key insights immediately visible, empowering both ground workers and project managers to track operations and make informed decisions efficiently.
